Steve Sabella born in 1975 in Jerusalem, Palestine is a Berlin-based artist who uses photography and photographic installation as his principle modes of expression, and author of the award-winning memoir, The Parachute Paradox, published by Kerber Verlag in 2016.
Sabella has exhibited internationally including at The Bumiller Collection in Berlin (2017), the 1st Biennial of Arab Photography at The Arab World Institute (IMA) & the Maison Européenne de la Photographie in Paris (2015), Nel Mezzo del Mezzo at the Museo Riso in Palermo (2015), FotoFest Biennial (2014), International Center for Photography Scavi Scalier (2014), Contemporary Art Platform (CAP) Kuwait (2014), Bahrain National Museum (2010), Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art (2009), Ars Aevi Museum of Contemporary Art (2007), and Barjeel Art Foundation (2010, 2015).
