Bonnie Lior has a world of her own. She began by painting from everyday photographs, but immediately transformed reality, making it more colourful and poetic. Our sometimes grey, anxiety-inducing daily lives become dreamlike, quirky and light, punctuated by the use of nine intertwining colours. The characters, young and old, look at this colourful world through their own unique eyes. Surprised, curious, thoughtful eyes: they are undoubtedly the artist's own.
