Céline Marin, born in 1976, is a teacher in the Paris region. She was attracted for a time by an artistic course.
After becoming the mother of three children, she devoted herself entirely to her role as a mother, particularly supporting the disability of her second child.
Following this emotional and irreversible but also extraordinary shock, creation imposed itself on her, 15 years later. And for the last three years, moments of solitude have allowed her to express her emotions on canvas. The world of the abstract opens up with a great desire to show her joy, sadness, fear, anger or anxiety .... Each gesture is practiced with a lot of love and sensitivity. The aim is to revive hope, to work towards self-development and personal growth.
The artist uses acrylic in all its forms, pastels at times, plaster and mortar to give relief. Every tool is possible: brush, brush, knife, sponge, rag and even the hands .... She likes to escape into this register of forms, textures and colours by trying multiple techniques in order to obtain the realisation of her deepest feelings but also of her dreams.
For a long time, her passion remained intimate. But those close to her, supporting her work, pushed her to share.
"Painting has become a priority, a moment of my own that reflects my emotions. I now enjoy publishing and exhibiting my paintings to invite the public to feel in turn, while leaving room for their imagination.
