Works by Daria Cerqueni
Bohemian poetics, sophisticated, and stylish. Fascinated by uncharted and imaginary places, she is a teacher and traveler. She is collected throughout Central and Eastern Europe and exhibited in international galleries.
Thanks to a beautiful representation of light, darkness and harmony, Cerqueni’s art fascinates the viewer, giving the impression of a kind new world.
Daria Cerqueni followed the teaching of the artists Paolo Cervi Kervischer. She is interested in Asian art, in particular the painter Zao Wou-Ki. From 1998 she displayed her artworks in different countries such as Italy, France, Slovenia, Croatia and Austria.
Among her exhibitions, the following should be mentioned:
- 2014 personal exhibition “Le cattedrali nel bosco”, Sala Appi, Centro culturale Aldo Moro, Cordenons (Pordenone);
- 2008 exhibition at Kunstatelier-Europahaus - Klagenfurt (Austria)
- 2005 personal exhibition at Kleine Galerie - Millstatt (Austria)
