Gilles Landreau is a Parisian artist, who has always have a strong passion for drawing, since his childhood. He comes from a family of artists: his grandfather painted, his father was a musician, his mother and sister still paint as a hobby. When he was a teenager, he gave up drawing and turned to music, particularly the guitar, which he played in various reggae and rock bands for 20 years. Then, he rediscovered his first love for art. Consequently, he has been lucky enough to be able to combine his passion for painting with his job as an ESAT green spaces instructor. He has set up painting workshops for disabled workers. He thinks that painting is the perfect medium for people who cannot always express themselves verbally, because painting calms them down and makes them feel serene and happy.
