Jean-Christophe Fort was born on 17 January 1976 in Nîmes.
Arts Paul Valéry Montpellier, teacher in Plastic Arts, lives in Valergues, Hérault, France.
Studied at the Lycée Daudet in Nîmes in the arts, then at the Paul Valéry faculty.
Thanks to the diplomas obtained, obtained the teaching competition in the 2000, finishing second nationally.
At the same time, a practice based on the world of urban culture, large surfaces and spray cans and aerosol cans to create frescoes visible in France and Europe (Switzerland, Spain).
An artistic reflection that focuses on the crossing of two styles: traditional painting and urban culture. It is thus by confronting the great themes of figurative painting with the philosophy of urban culture that the pictorial works are born. The following are then articulated:
- A composition that is carefully studied to find a balance on an atypical support and an unconventional surface (raw wood, pieces of fence, sheet metal, etc.).
- A technique that requires high standards on an unstable and crumbly support
- A paint that we seek to over-protect from elements outside the paints delivered to the weather conditions
-  Figuration and abstraction
- Slow, thoughtful practice to a spontaneous, instinctive technique
- The silence of a classical painting to the muffled sounds of frescoes released in the city
