Lucian SANDU-MILEA - is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of UAUIM, and works as an artist (street art, illustrator and 3D graphic artist), architect and organiser of cultural events. He is the founding member of the Carol 53 - a Bucharest-based project, a pilot programme which serves as a model of pragmatic approach for initiative-led groups and abandoned/degraded spaces whose potential is ignored, or lost, during bureaucratic processes resulting in their total destruction.
