I was born in 1990 in Paris. I am a therapist. Psychologist by training (since 2014), I work today with a psychocorporal and energy approach in Bordeaux. I also do art therapy. From a young age, the arts have always been part of my life. I grew up with painting and dancing. I entered the world of painting thanks to my family. I was fascinated by what my grandfather and my sister painted. During my psychology studies I followed art therapy modules with Claude Sternis (Les ateliers du pres) to learn how to do workshops. At that time, I was drawing by myself. My first art lessons, I took them at the age of 24 in Paris with Lineda Buffa. It was a revelation. I had finally dared. I continued my learning in the United States with community arts classes (Artist as Citizen at Berkeley City College) with Sharon Siskin. I started to mix my passion for painting with my job as a caregiver. Thanks to Sharon, I was able to set up an art therapy workshop in a mother-baby center where mothers in situations of addiction and precariousness were collected and protected. I stayed there for a year. I was 26 years old. It was in Oakland in 2017. My discovery for fluid art and acrylic pouring came later, as an autodidact. I love this technique. I find it incredible because the results are unexpected. Thanks to pouring I mix everything that excites me: I use my therapeutic approach to be in a high vibrational state (in guidance, in self-hypnosis, or after having meditated) and I let myself be completely guided by the colors, the energies present, what I feel is right for the person who orders me a canvas. My paintings are energetic and vibratory. I like to transmit what seems beautiful to me. I like to care guide. Either I paint with what inspires me, or I make a personalized canvas (on request). In this case, I connect to the person to feel what they need and I let myself be guided in this creation, to create a work that leads them to grow, to heal. Today these spaces are an integral part of my life and are reflected in my work: Painting, care, movement, creativity, intuition. Through my creations, I hope to make you travel and allow you to open yourself to your dreams, your creativity and your desires.
