Born in 1990 in Paris, Lucile Piketty lives and works in Paris, in residence at Poush - Manifesto since 2020. After a DMA in printmaking at the Estienne school in 2011, she entered the ENSAD the same year and graduated in 2015 from the Printed Image course. In 2014, she studied, thanks to a scholarship, at Parsons New School for design, in New York.
Since 2015, she has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including "Viva Villa" curated by Cécile Debray in 2018, or "L'Écume des songes", at Poush - Manifesto in partnership with Art Paris, curated by Hervé Mikaeloff in 2021. Winner of the Lacourière printmaking prize in 2016, she participated in several residencies, including the Casa de Velazquez in Madrid from 2017 to 2018 and the Cité Internationale des Arts in 2019, in Paris. She received the third Pierre David Weill drawing prize awarded by the Academy of Fine Arts in 2021.
In 2023, she was invited by Françoise Petrovitch to exhibit at the Quinconces, Scène nationale du Mans and Guy Boyer, editor of Connaissance des Arts, presented her in his exhibition on figuration entitled Un autre art d'aujourd'hui at the Maison Caillebotte in Yerres, alongside Sam Szafran, Dado, Gilles Aillaud, François Bard, Romain Bernini, Gaël Davrinche, Bilal Hamdad and Axel Roy.
She is represented by H Gallery, Paris and her work is part of the collections of the National Library of France.
