From a pictorial dimension, my work mobilizes images belonging to the spheres of art and culture in general. The articulation between the mechanisms of postmodern appropriation and pre modern illusionist practice, allow to create a dialogue that goes beyond the juxtaposition of images in the pictorial plane, an invisible dialogue between: a. the original image, b. the reproduced image (magazines art, etc.) and c. the painted image based on reproduction.
