A skilled wanderer of the human mystery. She lives and works in Tuscany and has been pursuing her research in photography for more than thirty years. She has been awarded international prizes and exhibited in Florence, Rome, Paris, New York, Athens, and Djerba.
Nicoletta Cantore is a photographer from Udine, Italy. During the 80’s she moved to Tuscany where she works with neuropsychology and communication. In her travels, the artist has always tried to look and comprehend the complexity of their personalities, by doing so she tries to represent their world through photographs. Most of the time she chooses to represent these people without showing their faces, so that it is possible for the viewer to understand their stories. - 2022 Venezia, 1758 Venice Art studio; - 2021 Torino, Museo italiano di arte contmporanea, MIITTAC; - 2020 Innsbruck, fiera arte contemporanea, collettiva; - 2019 Parigi, Artetra - Premio Picasso, collettiva; - 2019 Atene, Biennale, l’Istituto di Cultura Italiano di Atene; - 2019 Roma, A rea contesa art , via Margutta 90 - mostra permanente; - 2019 Miami, Artetra, collettiva; - 2019 New York, Artetra, collettiva; - 2017 Pisa centro culturale Makedonia, mostra personale sulla Grecia “ il viaggio “.
