"Nature, so alive and troubling at the same time, sublimates our senses and questions our conscience. Nurturing and dark, it carries us away from the hustle and bustle of cities into a deafening silence."
Born in 1966 in Tarbes, I spent most of my life in the South of France. As a child, I liked to melt into nature, the forest becoming a refuge, the fields, the animals, the sky, everything conducive to long reveries...meditations.
I draw, create and express myself through drawing out of need and necessity.
Since 2000, my strokes have become purer, my lines more fluid, and I work exclusively in Indian ink, to preserve the essential message. Nature inspires and challenges me. My works tell a story, calling for reflection on the way humans look at nature, Mother Nature.
"Nature saves future", the letters worn like banners on the chests of my "femens" in my painting entitled "nature revolution", marks by its message proclaimed loud and clear, the profound desire to change mentalities in favor of the absolute protection of our environment."
