Ricardo Aleodor Venturi was born in 1994 in Pesaro, Italy. He studied art in school and in university, and in 2016 he graduated from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Urbino with full marks. He enrolled for the master degree at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Urbino and he is currently following painting classes.
Thanks to these courses he discovered new organic materials such as cardboard, which is usually used for packaging. In his artworks he shows the concepts of “protection” and “concealing” analyzing the idea behind the relationship between contents and containers.
Ricardo Aleodor Venturi was born in Pesaro (Italy) in 1994.
He obtained a diploma in Engraving Techniques at the Book School of Urbino. It is here that the dry mark of the engraving becomes the distinctive feature of his artistic production.
In the first months of 2017 he obtained his Bachelor’s degree (Laurea triennale) at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Urbino in the AV section with a 110 and Honours vote for the academic year 2015/206 with a thesis entitled "Il punto d'ironia (⸮)".
Currently attends the Academy of Fine Arts of Urbino the Biennial Specialistico in AV Painting.
Attending the Academy begins a deep synergy with an organic material from poor and industrial origins, equipped with its own color and texture: the packaging cardboard.
Working and studying the structure that creates the box and finally the idea that revolves around it, he begins to analyze the relationship between container and contents.
With a lightness of irony, defined by Vladimir Jankélévitch as the art of touching, the artist represents images that play with the envelope and its content, leading the viewer to reflect on deep concepts such as protect, hide and show.
