Quem foi, quem vem

Visual artist and educator, graduated in Visual Arts from UNESP-Bauru (2010). Currently lives and works in São Carlos (SP), developing her practice in painting alongside educational projects. Actively participates in both solo and group exhibitions: (solo exhibitions: Centro Cultural da USP São Carlos, Pinacoteca de Botucatu, Galeria Municipal de Bauru, and Galeria Luis Maluf SP; group exhibitions: MARP Museum of Art of Ribeirão Preto, Oma Gallery, Salão Luis Sacilotto - Santo André, Salão de Piracicaba, MAC Jataí-Go, SP-ARTE, Art Rio, among others) “In my research, I develop narratives about the poetics of inhabiting. By delving into the intimate spaces a body accesses in its dwelling, I create metaphorical relationships between the body and space. Sometimes this space is represented by the House, and other times it is imaginary spaces. The places we pass through also create memories of our journeys. Encountering oneself through the places we traverse relates to the poetics of self-inhabiting, the passage of time, and the construction of our memories.”
