Carme Balada studied ceramics at the Massana Art School in Barcelona. Then she realised different experimental courses, among which “Earth and magma” with the ceramist Claudi Casanovas and “Construction of kilns and experimental firings” in Girona, with the Hindu ceramist Wally Hawes who lives in Japan. Her last workshop is about experimentation of old photographic techniques over ceramic surface.
