Tango is both Argentinian and Finnish, and this is the memory of an encounter between the two cultures, one night of passion.
Artist, curator, gallerist and art critic Daniel García Andersson was born in the early 60s on the beautiful island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. From an early age he was encouraged by his parents to draw and paint. Later he perfected his artistic talent by studying art at a Spanish Academy of Fine Arts. His career as an artist began around 1980 with several individual exhibitions in Sweden and since then he has had many international exhibitions. Pencil and ink drawings were his speciality until 1990, when he switched to oil and acrylic paintings. In his studio and art gallery in Stockholm and Spain, he paints landscapes and cityscapes, but also modern art in many different forms, with hot and beautiful colours, and his impressionist art has been sold to people all over the world.
