Grigol Chirinashvili is a Georgian artist (1918-1999) who lived and worked in Tbilisi, Georgia. He is graduated from Tbilisi Art Academy and Saint Petersburg Art Academy. His teachers and mentors were the outstanding Georgian artist, including David Kakabadze, Sergo Kobuladze and Valia Sherpilova. He was teacher at National Art Academy of Georgia. In 1987, he was awarded for his painting “Remember” in Tokyo, Japan. His artworks are conservated in many museums in Georgia as National Museum of Georgia, Museum of Kutaisi, Museum of Zugdidi, Museum of Signaghi, Museum of Mirzaani. His artworks are also collected in many private collections abroad as Ukraine, Russia, Romania, Western countries, Canada and USA.
