Iliana Regueiro was born in Argentina in 1966. Between 2001 and 2003 she attended Luis Wells' workshop, between 2000 and 2008 she attended Laura Messing's workshop and in parallel she did other trainings. She completed a postgraduate course in Argentinean art 1960-2000. UTDT. Artwork Clinic with Andrés Labake, in 2013 she graduated from the School of Projects at Fundación Arte x Arte. Among multiple workshops and seminars she stands out: Curatorship, Ivo Mesquita UTDT, Analysis of work with Jorge Sarsale and Elena Nieves, Technicolor Workshop in charge of Karina Peisajovich in UTDT and Workshop of contemporary artistic practices in charge of Marcolina Dipierro and Cecilia Ferrari. He participated in several national and provincial salons with mentions and awards, as well as national and international fairs.
