The abstract depiction of a burst of fury in the sea is a call to action to become aware of the climate crisis and take long-term action to curb climate change.
1975 Barcelona, Spain
Trained at the School of Arts and Crafts in Barcelona, he has alternated his artistic life as a visual artist with that of a professional graphic artist and textile designer.
He began in the world of painting by making interesting hand-printed motifs for important fashion brands, which he later transferred to canvas or paper. His first exhibition took place in 1995.
After several stages in the field of professional design, combined with the world of art, he decided in 2010 to focus his professional life exclusively on pictorial art, offering the viewer a wide variety of very expressive works as a result of his experience and creativity.
His work is very intense and has a clear abstract and minimalist tendency, with a great commitment to color and textures, his paintings are composed of several layers of color and materials, thus achieving interesting effects that cause deep sensations to the viewer.
He observes and interprets nature as it reveals itself to mankind. Using perspective, giving his own vision of buildings and the urban landscape, he reinterprets objects giving them a critical sense of society.
He represents people in a primary way and in attitudes that make us reflect.
He works in mixed media, his abstract paintings focus on textures and color spectrum. His work is inspired by everyday events, personal, educational and historical experiences and he also accepts commissioned works related to his style.
