Under the Dome II

This photographic work by Victoria Tofer from her project Bajo la Cúpula called “Bajo la Cúpula II” is a Digital Photograph with Fine ART digital printing on 320gr smooth cotton, and framed with a frame with a mat. Under the dome Under the Dome is a journey through the world of emotions, a tour of the different layers of the subconscious and an immersion into the deepest corners of the mind. This project was born out of a vital need for expression, as an escape valve in the face of a whirlwind of very intense feelings. A way of untying knots in the soul. The images show beauty and pain. They explore the lonely isolation of being human and the wonderful brilliance of being found. They remind you of the fact that you are not alone and that there is beauty in the darkest moments. Because it is by hitting rock bottom, even if it is with bitterness, that one comes to know who one is. Under the Dome is an invitation to feel, to reflect, to look inside oneself.
