Chen Xiao-Ying is a Chinese artist born in 1968 who lives & works in Yongzhou in the province of Hunan in China. Throughout her career for over thirty years, Xiao-Ying has developed her own pictorial language. Her new series Love Cures is inspired by her difficult period in 2021 invites us to see the creativity and mentality of the artist. Figures hidden in the rich texture of the paintings emerge from her imagination. The large brushstrokes and bright colors bring us a strong visual impact, they allow us to feel her emotions and introspective awareness.

Chen Xiao Ying, born on 20/01/1968 in Yongzhou, HuNan province, works and lives as an independent artist in China. Throughout her artistic career for over thirty years, Xiaoying has developed her own pictorial language. Her new series (Love Cures), inspired by the rough time of 2021, invite us to catch sight of the creativity and mentality of the artist.
