Haruka Kashima (b. 1963, Japan) is interested in the relationship of dependence and, in part, discordance that exists between museum buildings and the objects that they house. They synthesise artificiality and creativity in what is a natural way for humans.
All of the works in her exhibition "Museum" were executed on paper with wax chalk in 2020–21.
Her next upcoming exhibition at Galleria A2 will be held in November 2023.
Haruka Kashima is working and living in Helsinki, Finland.
