"Paysage Immobile"  or "Still Landscape" is the memory, sometimes vague, of a sensation.

This memory, collective or not, of which we sometimes lose control; a link between yesterday and tomorrow.

Virginia Bersabe proposes a committed and courageous oil painting, where the question of our relationship to memory is raised. A work at the borders of life that the young Spanish painter, born in Cordoba in 1990, develops and strengthens since 2011.

"They are a kind of life map, each woman has her own map. When I paint, I see neither elbow nor finger, I see the landscape" ( Virginia Bersabe )
