Founded in 2020 by Stephanie Wruck and Gabriela Albuquerque, Coletivo Amarelo was born as a platform with a dual mission: to foster meaningful conversations about contemporary art and to offer a curated selection of works by emerging artists. Our commitment is to make art more accessible by providing a space where collectors and enthusiasts can discover, engage with, and acquire original works. We collaborate with independent curators, artists, and cultural spaces, bridging the gap between artistic dialogue and the commercialization of art, in a dynamic environment.

The gallery promotes its artists through regular exhibitions in its space located in the vibrant Marvila neighborhood in Lisbon. We actively participate in international fairs, where we highlight MIART 2025 in Milan, Italy, where our artist Juliana Matsumura had her work “Longitude Oeste, 2024” acquired by the Fondazione E. A. Internazionale di Milano collection, and ARCOlisboa 2024, where the PLMJ Foundation acquired the work “A Casa, 2021-2022” by the same artist. We have participated in fairs in Portugal, Italy, Amsterdam, Brussels, Hamburg and Berlin.
