A Professor of Fine Arts and Design, she studied interior design at the School of Applied Arts and Artistic Crafts. Before entering the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1960, she was taught by Dolores Díaz Baliño, Mariano García Patiño, and José Manaut Vigletti. After completing her Fine Arts studies in Madrid in 1965, she lived in Rome until 1968 to further expand her artistic knowledge.

In 1968, she prepared the dissertation Artistic and Pedagogical Work. In 1981, she earned a degree in Fine Arts (Painting section) from the Complutense University of Madrid. Two years later, she obtained a professorship in Artistic Drawing for Schools of Design, Applied Arts, and Artistic Crafts through a competitive examination. In 1984, she completed courses at the Faculty of Fine Arts that allowed her to begin work on her doctoral thesis. In 1986, she designed and produced the set decoration for the fashion show Moda 86 by J. R. Peluqueros in Ciudad Real.
